Pretty in Cape Town

Even though these were taken during the Soccer World Cup, I am sure these beautiful things are still in Cape Town, waiting to be enjoyed. Over the next few posts I will share some of them.

Lets start with my absolute highlight: Queen of Tarts. This quaint corner shop in Observatory, is the brainchild of Tina Bester. She is also the author of two wonderful recipe books, Comfort and Bake. The shop is filled to the brim with old kitchen implements, taking you on a nostalgic trip while sipping on home made lemonade and tarts to die for. Well, see for yourself:
